1. Coach
First, we coach. Most buyers of main street businesses are first time buyers, and sellers are often embarking on a once in a life time experience. We prepare our buyers and sellers  for the journey through education,  sharing the foresight experience affords and applying the full resources of our Sunbelt team as well as our team of advisors:  accountants, tax lawyers, wealth planners, bankers and peers.

2. Match
Second, we match people to people, and people to businesses. Matching a business buyer with a seller is difficult due to the many variables in any possible transaction.  The two parties will need to develop trust and a working relationship to craft a successful transaction.

3. Navigate
Third,  we navigate the buyer and seller through the sometimes tricky and unpredictable waters of a transaction.  We use our proprietary systems and processes toonitor and track all the steps required for a successful transaction.
