It is our experience that confidentiality is of utmost importance when taking a business to market. For that reason we protect the integrity of our clients by affording them the high level of professional conduct they can expect from accredited professionals. Our systems and processes are designed to maintain confidentiality.
2. Objectivity:
We have learned that the appropriate approach to business sales is objectivity, keeping the interests of both buyer and seller in focus. Therefore, we present businesses in their fullest light without ignoring challenges and opportunities that are part of every business.
3. Systematic Process:
We know from experience that the purchase and sale of a business can be a complex process with many variables. We work through 5 stages in the sale of a business, one Sunbelt tool tracks 178 individual steps in the transaction process.
4. Experience:
We bring to our clients the experience of the individual broker, the office as a team and our Sunbelt brokers worldwide who transact more than 4,000 businesses per year.
5. Accreditation:
At Sunbelt Victoria all of our brokers must hold certain accreditations in order for them to be a Sunbelt Business Broker. All are licensed by the Real Estate Council of British Columbia. In addition they will hold their Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation as granted by the International Business Brokers Association. Other designations held by our brokers include: Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser (CMEA), Chartered Accountant, Commercial Lawyer, and MBA.
